Pricing and Payments
- All prices include GST unless stated otherwise.
- Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
- Payment terms are strictly C.O.D.
- Accepted payment methods:

- Quotations are valid for 7 days only.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm orders for Build-to-Order (BTO) PCs and notebooks.
- Order confirmation occurs upon receipt of deposit by The Tech Bloke IT Services.
- Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
- BTO PC and notebook orders not collected within 14 days will result in forfeiture of deposit, and The Tech Bloke IT Services reserves the right to sell the goods to recover costs.
- Cancellation of BTO orders is permitted within 24 hours of confirmation but will incur a $199 handling fee.
- Any queries about purchases (including omissions or invoicing issues) must be reported by the next working day.
- We will inform customers of any known hardware or software bugs, but responsibility for such issues lies with the manufacturer.
Warranties
- Warranties apply only to products within the specified warranty period.
- We do not guarantee the suitability of goods. Check compatibility before purchasing.
- Standard warranty is 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- The warranty is void if serial numbers or labels are missing or tampered with.
- Warranty repairs or replacements apply only in cases of manufacturer faults.
- A minimum 48-hour waiting period applies for replacement items under warranty.
- Lightning strikes, power surges, or mishandling void the warranty.
- Customers must back up all data before returning any system for warranty service.
- Any misuse or improper use that leads to failure will result in a void warranty, and parts/labor may be charged.
- Software-related faults are not covered by hardware warranties.
Returns
- No cash refunds will be issued.
- Credits will not be provided for printer cartridges or software.
- Original invoices must accompany all returns.
Repairs
- Faulty goods must be returned to The Tech Bloke IT Services for repairs.
- Customers should back up data before sending any system for repair. We are not liable for data loss.
- Repair work will begin only after customer approval of the repair quote.
- Workshop repairs come with a 90-day warranty on the specific repaired item unless otherwise noted.
- Any repairs uncollected after 45 days will be disposed of.
- Software installation or virus removal is considered complete once demonstrated as working. Recurring issues will be treated as new jobs.
- We will only support software for which the customer has valid licenses and original media.
- Failure to provide original installation disks, serial numbers, or product keys may prevent the installation of necessary software.
- We reserve the right not to install or test any software that we suspect to be pirated or illegal.
- New components installed during repairs carry a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
- We are not responsible for any hardware failure that occurs while in our possession.
- We do not deliver repaired items.
- The Tech Bloke IT Services is not liable for any consequential losses or incidental costs.
